VOLVO PENTA D3 AQUMATIC ENGINES

Volvo Penta D3 with aquamatic drive is available with 140,170, 200 and 220 hp. It's a wholly new developed engines that was launched in 2009. The new model has electronic controls and all the amenities that was earlier only available on the D4 and D6. This five cylinder diesel engine weighs only ca 360 kg that makes it an excellent choice for day cruisers and smaller cabin cruisers.

VOLVO PENTA AQUAMATIC ENGINES

Aquamatic marine engines from Volvo Penta are suitable for pleasure boats between 25 and 40 foot.

The D3 series is a five cylinder diesel engine that can be installed as single or twin installation package. It has EVC (Electronic Vessel Control) that makes your boat easy and comfortable to run. The EVC can be connected to your chart plotter and auto-pilot. Engine sizes in 170, 200 and 220 hp.

D4 aquamatic are available in 225, 260 and 300 hp. This four cylinder engine has excellent fuel economy and its compact measurements makes it ideal for motor yachts with limited engine rooms. The latest EVC is supplied with a the e-Key that replaces mechanical keys and makes your yacht more secure against theft.

The D6-series are the most powerful aquamatic engines from Volvo Penta. This six cylinder diesel engine are available with 330, 370 and 400 hp. This 5.5 liter marine engine is a true work horse that was first introduced in 2004. The latest models are equipped with the EVC-E vessel controls.
